It was the most disappointing rental experience I've had. To be clear, the staff are perfectly polite. It is just that they, especially the management, are ineffectual. I'm beginning to suspect that this is par for the course when dealing with apartment staff. Perhaps it's not unique to The Palisades of Towson. It might be the institutional structure at large that allows for remarkable apathy and ineffectiveness in apartment staff and management. When the wages are low and the work is far from noble, what can possibly motivate someone to resolve the problems that residents are facing? The "Review Writing Tips" say to include details so that users of this site will find my review more convincing. Well, to be specific, I found ---------------- to be incredibly useless.
