I have lived here for over one year. The living conditions continue to worsen over time.
Parking is difficult to find (even if you live here and pay for a spot), the elevators are frequently broken, the neighbors are noisy (you can hear everything through the walls), the dog park is nasty (management does not sanitize the area--there have been weeks it has gone untouched), the management is rude and disorganized, once you live here you will be ignored by the office staff and management company, the exterior doors are sometimes broken (and held together with duct tape), and the neighborhood is not safe. I do not feel safe walking outside of the building and even in the building security is lax. The building is new in age but is falling apart. The building was cheaply made but the rent is not cheap. I can't wait until my lease is up. I would never live here again.
On the positive, the concierge staff on the first floor is nice. They are the best part of living here. I appreciate their package delivery service. However, this is hardly worth paying 2K/month in rent for a less than 750 square foot apartment with appliances that do not work well.
