Because I was starting a new job, we only had a few weeks to pack up and move. The staff at Coach Lantern was a great help with our relocation. We had originally … More 1 Scarlett Turrentine 6 reviews·1 photo 3 years ago I’m in the process of moving out because this place is so over priced for the leasing company to do nothing. They got two guys to paint all the buildings and we got voicemails from the leasing manager saying she was personally disgusting … More 1 Coach Lantern Apartments (Owner) 3 years ago Hi Scarlett, I want to take the time to address your concerns. Regarding the painting of the exteriors of the buildings; all residents were contacted prior to the day that the painters were scheduled to paint their building. The company was a third party company, and therefore they may have not known we reached out to residents to move their belongings. I took the time to look up the mold records from our work orders, and have not found any for your apartment home. We take mold & mildew remediation very seriously. Our staff would want to know about this as soon as possible in order for maintenance to evaluate and treat the area. In addition, we ask that all residents at move-in do a move-in inspection report with maintenance to address any concerns of the apartment or list any preexisting damages of the home. In looking through my records I did not see anything regarding cigarette smell or leaks listed on the report for your home; these are things we would want to repair immediately. Leasing & maintenance staff is always here to assist in any type of issue that you are having with your home. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our staff at anytime. Thank you. -Corridor Property Management Pastor Tisha Brennan Local Guide·25 reviews·130 photos 2 years ago I was really sad to see how dirty the park was for the kids so I picked up the park. The play set was broken and their was rusty nails sticking out of a board that was part of the playset.. The apartments are a bit on the small side. … More Coach Lantern Apartments (Owner) 2 years ago Hi there, Thank you for informing us about the playground repairs that need to be tended to. We take safety seriously and will make sure that maintenance will take care of these items. We also make sure that our playgrounds are inspected annually. Please enjoy the brand new playground on the West End of Coach Lantern that was built this past month. Our townhomes are quite spacious. We have several floorplans at Coach Lantern ranging from 950 to 1200 square feet. This range of square feet provides ample space for residents! Thank you. -Corridor Property Management Quinn Kitano Local Guide·17 reviews·2 photos just now NEW A truly Awful place, well, neighborhood is nice, the office management, Donna, Clayton, and Becky, are snakes, they will lie to you, they will take their frustration out on you, the tenant. Do not ask for repairs or considerations for anything, they will repair with bandaids, and they will treat you awful for complaining about the awful repairs, refusal to repair, or non notice of work being done( they will knock and walk right in) Donna is the property manager, she hides, if u have a complaint about how the leasing manager or the maintenance manager is, she will hide, and send them to call u...... They will actively make ur life harder if u try to hold them accountable for keeping ur place proper. Peter is the maintenance tech, and he is the only saving grace here. We have been her almost 3years. Also, there have been police here almost weekly for a while now. More unsavory tenants moving in, carefree of considerations for their neighbors, loud, rude, speeding like crazy, police visits often. My 2 building neighbors have the police over at least once a week.... The building have mold in the attics, for sure. We deal with it regularly. Per the mouth of the maintenance manager " all I care, I'd that u have a roof and walls.....mold, bugs, water, broken toilet for months, I don't care" Rebecca-she may seems nice, but she's a snake.
