Based on personal experience with customer service, I do not recommend these apartments. I completed a background check form and turned in 2 pay stubs and paid $25. Because I received better customer service at another apartment complex, I had a change of heart. I called the landlady to inform her and she returned my 2 paystubs, but she refused to hand over the form. I mean, she actually raised her voice to me. Hmmm...why would the woman need to raise her voice like that? I wasn't asking for any money back. Beside the fact that it is suspicious, can you imagine living there and if you had a maintenance issue or the heat went out, how she would handle it? Apparently this is normal behavior for her since she lost her cool with me so easily when I made a simple request. I asked her if she would shred the form since she no longer needed it and she replied that she would "tear it up". Boy, that makes me feel really comfortable. Had the woman simply crossed off my ss # and license #, making it a win-win situation for everyone, I would not be writing this review. But no can do. The only good thing is that I have their business card and I know where they live should the woman be reckless with my personal information and get it into the wrong hands. So you be the judge. Would you really want to live here? As for me, I may pay a little more for a nicer place but the peace of mind is well worth it to me.
