Have had to call maintenance at least four times after living in the apartment for only a month. They come in a timely manner but you think they would make sure the apartment is up to par before new tenants move in. Our apartment, at least, is nice and remodeled but not at all worth how much it costs.. especially taking into consideration we have to pay for parking (in a ------ lot that we can barely get out of, and others have to move their cars every single Tuesday night so that the trash can be taken out...this of course, was NOT in the lease, and they have to pay the same for parking) and laundry (which is of course in an entirely different building and breaks a lot). They made us park outside of our PAID for parking for four days so they could repave it, without any compensation or pro-rate for the days we had to pay for ann arbor parking. They also painted the lines wrong because they apparently assigned out too many spots....real organized. The staff is mostly nice but there are a few who have been very rude and unpleasant.
