Looks like there haven't been any reviews for a couple of years now. This is a case of "no news is good news". I moved to Broadview from another CMB apartment on central campus. I chose to stick with CMB because they've been nothing but friendly and helpful. Broadview apartments are cheaper than most other apartments I was able to find, and certainly more spacious. They are not the prettiest, but at least everything works. Parking is nice enough, I am able to park right in front of my building most of the time. I can't ever hear my neighbors, and talking to them, apparently they can't hear me either, so noise is low. Also, it seems that the majority of residents are Asian or graduate students, so they are quite quiet as well. The grass is cut and the garbage is picked up often, so the grounds look clean. Residents pick up after their pets. Even at night, it is well lit and feels quite safe. I've not heard of any break ins to any cars or apartments. The buildings are older, but if you have an issue with anything, maintenance is quick to fix it. My carpet is a few years old, but it's just fine. One neighbor requested new carpet when they moved in, and management had no problem replacing it for them because the old carpet had some marks from the previous tenant. I really like the small balcony porch on my apartment. There is often a promotion for free laundry services. In the past I've heard that they charge for it, but it has been free for a couple of years now. This was a big selling point for me. I recommend these apartments as compared to other offerings near north campus. They are close to the least expensive, and they have a great location, with several food places just across Plymouth road.
