For fringe-of-campus apartment, it's rather spacious. But that's where the positive comments end. Rent is ridiculous, and now that I see they replaced windows, I'm sure it's more. Additionally, you get ONE lot parking space. Two cars? Tough luck. You can enter into a lottery to get one of the "leftover" spots, but you pay $1,000 per year for the privilege.

There are fees for everything, and management (located off-site) is among the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Don't even bother arguing with them. The construction of the place is awful, my roommate and I dealt with a banging pipe in our wall for 2 years. Maintenance said we'd have to deal with it, as they weren't tearing the wall apart to fix it.

The residents are among the rudest I've ever met. Snobby and stuck-up to say the least. There's a reason why the cars in the lot are BMWs and other high-end models--those are the only people who can afford (or whose daddies can afford) the place. Their complimentary arrogant attitude makes me sick. Carrying armfuls of stuff into one of the two entrances? They'll look back and see you, but close the door in your face. And expect a scowl if you say 'hi' to them.

And let's not forget art fair. They sell parking IN THE LOT YOU PAY [OBNOXIOUS] FEES TO PARK IN. Come back from work or class and all the parking is full (e.g. sold to art-fair goers)? Not their problem. Even with your insanely expensive parking pass, you're not guaranteed a spot that week. I even once was chased into the lot by a member of management attempting to collect a fee from me (apparently the sticker in my windshield didn't give away the fact that I was a resident). Moreover, every time they do any kind of construction or work, be expected to receive a notice that you *MUST* move your car out of the lot by x date and y time or it will be towed.

I moved out before the building-wide internet fiasco, but it sounds like I got the better end of the deal. I mean, come ON, you can't get your own provider? Screw that. The infrastructure is there, let's use it.

I can't believe I stayed there as long as I did. Steer clear from this and all Prime Student Housing facilities!
