I agree with the other post that the only good thing is how spacious the apartment is. That is the only good thing I have to say about it. Our first scare was walking into the kitchen to see a massive cockroach walking towards us (that was unfortunately not the only one to visit us.) Then, there were huge centipedes in the bathroom that were impossible to kill. On top of ALL OF THAT, we had about 5 mice (that I saw) throughout the year. It got to the point that I stopped living there and moved back home. Now that is reallly saying something since we all know how rough living at home can be. I tried to get Prime to give me at least a break on the rent after all of the problems we had and instead was met with an obnoxious girl on the phone that was rude to both me and my mom when I thought that they might listen to her over me. Overall, it's not worth the money and you will feel nasty after living there.
