CMB by far is the WORST management ever. We signed a lease a month ago and moved into an apartment at Greenway Park, it was horrible--no refrigerator, bathroom was super dirty and shower wasn't even working. We had to bug the leasing agent EVERYDAY for a whole week to get our refrigerator and had our shower kind of fixed (kind of, it is still leaking, but since we are not paying for water, don't care any more). The bathroom floor was pretty much black/dark brown and the cabinet and sink counter top have damage, there are mildew on the shower tiles, plus there wasn't even a shower curtain rod. We kept complaining and complaining but all the answer we got was--"You guys are paying at a lower price for an upgraded kitchen, so we won't do anything about the bathroom." I even requested to have a professional cleaner to come to clean our bathroom several times, but they just wouldn't do it. By the end of the two weeks, we can't handle living in such horrible condition and spent hours and hours clean the bathroom. I requested compensation for the horrible condition we had lived in as well as the manual labor we put in. They lied to us everyday said they will call us when a decision is made. They never responded, and the leasing agent only said, "This is devastating, I shouldn't have you guys move in early." But she would not do anything about it. Oh, by the way, we DID NOT sign a cleaning wavier at all, so everything supposed to be clean and working upon the time we moved in, but it wasn't. Oh by the way, again, there are ants invading the apartment too--I doubt they would even do anything about it. Horrible. I am thinking about persuading legal action about the whole situation.
