I'm finishing out my 2nd year here, and would love to transplant this complex to where I'm going next :) I have a 2BR 2BA with a roommate. The complex is very safe, quiet, and the grounds are kept up beautifully. The management is really nice, and they know me by name. Maintenance requests are taken care of within 24 hours usually, and I have not had to ask for much. The rent is really great, especially since I don't have to share a bathroom and there is a W/D in the apartment. The kitchen is spacious and there is enough closet space. The only downfall is that my bedroom faces the lake (beautiful view, though) and can get pretty drafty in the winter months...just put up some heavy curtains, and you will be fine. Also, the Kroger closed across the street, but the other Krogers and Meijer are not too far by car. The bus stop for #5 is right outside and for # 7 is a short 7-8 minute walk along King George (a nice residential street) to Eisenhower. You get one covered parking spot per apartment, and I love the security doors access. The exercise room leaves much to be desired, but overall I absolutely love living here...I'm sad to go!
