Surrey Park Apartments II

I lived at Surrey Park Apartments for 4 years and 7 months. I considered moving out and did apartment search every year but ended up staying there until recently, knowing that this is one of the best apartment community available in this area and in this budget range. I strongly recommend Surrey Park Apartments. The Pros: The storage is huge. The unit has an unfinished attic, which you can use it as a storage. I stored lots of things in there. The big shelves divide the living room and the kitchen. These shelves are very handy. I didn't have to buy any extra shelves. The shelves in the bathroom are also ample. The washer and dryer in unit. The patio. I didn't really use it, but others seem to utilize the space as they wish. The backside units seem nice for their privacy. Unfortunately, I lived in a front side unit. The management is descent. They fix everything rather quickly. The neighborhood is quiet, or at least my neighbors are quiet. I never had noise trouble. The rent used to be low. It's getting higher, though. The Cons: The one-bedroom unit is a little small. I moved from Texas, so everything feels small, though. The bathroom is small. I removed the bathroom door to use it more spaciously. The rent is going high. I liked the apartment because its rent was affordable, so it's losing one of its advantages to me. The unit does not have a dish washer. There's no walk-in closet. The heating is A/C, you'll expect very high bills during winter. For some reason, the management staff changed frequently. It's like, it's always new people about the time you've got to know people there. As I lived there for more than 4 years, you can tell I really liked the place. I recently got a raise, so I decided to live in a better place. Otherwise, I would totally stayed there forever. I'm confident you'll have a good experience at Surrey Park Apartments. Thank you for reading.
