Like most apartment complexes, you have your typical slow maintenance but everyone is really friendly, so you overlook it. No security issues. Seems to be a hub for disabled persons though as probably every other weekend, an ambulance is coming in at night. Prime spot for game day parking too since I have never seen a tow truck enter the facility. Apartments are nice but you pay for it, like one of the most expensive apartments in Ann Arbor. They only give you one covered parking spot even though most seem to go unused. You're also paying for community events which includes but not limited to ESL and play dates for not an interest of mine as I don't have kids or need to learn English.
