been here for 2 years, initially very disappointed, though it has improved in past year. grounds are very nice, great pool. lots of parking. somewhat noisy with ambulances and hospital helicopters and U.S. 23 right next to the complex. apts are generally ok, poor construction, terrible insulation (heat bill was 125 for a month in january for a 2 bedroom apt, with stat set at 65). kitchen is pathetic design, 1 drawer, very little cupboard space. loft apts are even worse, like an RV kitchen. rooms are plenty large, lots of nice big windows. old dirty carpet, mold along window sills. problems: roof leaked, moved in with broken window, leaking toilet and broken a/c, took 10 days to fix a/c, 3 months to fix window, 7 months to fix roof. toilet fix was same day.

office staff was evil incarnate when we moved in, now they are very friendly (all original staff has been replaced, outside the apartment manager, who is still somewhat rude). staff is somewhat inept, have been sent warnings saying our rent was overdue, when they had already cashed our check a week before. they did this twice, and to our neighbors. have a silly habit of sticking documents in the door jamb, rather than directly contacting you. maintenance is friendly.

price is biggest grip - 1180/ month for 2 bed, 2 bath upstairs. too much $ for what you get. these are NOT luxury apts despite the advertisments. they WILL raise rates $50-100 at each lease renewal. overall, its not bad, but you can do better. it deserves the 40% rating.
