Due to the nature of your concerns, we feel that this matter could best be resolved with more direct communication. Please reach out to speak with our community manager at your earliest convenience 734-662-0330 ' [email protected] I can assure you that we do not raise rents without notice to our residents. In the event of a renewal, notices are sent out a minimum of 45 - 60 days in advance of the current lease expiration. Additionally, a new lease would need to be signed with the new rate which residents are strongly encouraged to read before signing. If a resident fails to select a renewal term, the rent defaults to the month to month rate also outlined in the lease agreement.
