A horrific nightmare. Living with bat feces and urine odor. Major Major Biohazard. Endangering .y four year old and arrogantly gaslight tenants concerns. Have been begging them for 6 months to remedy. They do the job half way.

We're disappointed to see some aspects of life in our community have fallen short of your expectations and we would love the opportunity to improve your experience. Your comfort and happiness are our top priority so we are saddened to receive this feedback. We want you to know that we are aware of the issue and we are doing all that we can to find a lasting solution. We have taken several steps to eradicate the reported odor, including replacing drywall, replacing the carpet, creating additional drainage systems, and providing an air scrubber. We are abiding by the recommendation of any and all professional vendors that have been contracted for the situation and continue to look for solutions. The satisfaction of our residents is a top priority for our team and we would like to help make your time here as positive as possible moving forward.

Our dedicated maintenance team is committed to resolving all reported issues in as timely a manner as possible. Please note, in a community of this size, maintenance requests are prioritized by order received and severity of need. We appreciate all residents' patience as our team tends to all outstanding requests. You'll find it is not uncommon in the multifamily housing industry for written notice-to-vacate to be required prior to ending a lease agreement. All policies, procedures, and terms are clearly delineated within the lease. While we do our best to work with residents, we are ultimately beholden to the terms of the lease as written. If you have any questions about these terms or about any aspect of life at our community, please reach out to the office for assistance. We would be more than happy to clarify things for you. We had a problem with one of our door hinges and maintanence had a very quick response time! A member of maintanence staff, Karl, was very friendly and worked quickly and quietly--the door was as good as new within minutes!
