So far so good, it hasn't been a full 2 months yet. The staff is friendly, the maintenance is incredible. If there's ever an issue in my apartment they are typically on it within days or the same week. I love having yoga every other Wednesday, I just wish it was weekly. I'm surprised they don't host more events or things for the community. I feel safe in the neighborhood and enjoy jogging throughout it. My neighbors are generally friendly and not extremely noisy. One complaint is for the property manager. Carrie, I believe is her name. She promised to have my carpets cleaned/extracted. I'm still waiting for her to schedule that. I've spoken with multiple staff members since who have emailed her but she never gets back to me. It's been over a month. I'm not impressed.
