First of all, the management has been horrendously irresponsible and have exercised very poor service and lack good business skills. While I know that having roommates means good communication before and after a lease is signed it is still the MANAGEMENT'S job to make sure everyone is equally informed. We had been asked on several occasions to relay messages to our roommates so that the management didn't have to. Secondly, I rarely received call-backs to any of my messages, and often had to call several times to get a response to a question or a confirmation to a request. This just goes to show that either the staff are very unorganized or just don't care about their tenants. I could go on about the lack of good communication and overall poor quality of customer service, but that may take too long. Lastly: the apartment itself. I can hear exactly where my neighbors are above me and sometimes the people next to me. Most uncomfortable though is that at times I know exactly WHAT the neighbors are doing. I doubt they want me to know, and I, most certainly, don't want to know.
