Though we appreciate your interest in our community, we're sorry to hear that the application process did not meet your expectations. We welcome any interested party to apply and regret that your experience left you with any other impression. However, we hope you understand that we do have strict rental criteria that we must adhere to, which did affect your potential move in date. We would also like to mention that we do make clear which fees or deposits are refundable during the leasing process. Our application specifies that prospective residents have 48 hours after being approved to notify us if they choose not to move in in order to have their holding fee refunded and unfortunately, we were notified outside of that time frame. That being said, we're sorry that things did not work out at this time, but wish you all the best in your housing search.

We can assure you that each member of our team is committed to providing great service at every opportunity while upholding our community policies as well as the terms of our lease, which are agreed upon by all residents. We do thoroughly screen all residents and our rental criteria has not changed. Additionally, we would like to mention that we do take our reviews very seriously and utilize them to help us identify and address our residents' concerns whenever possible, as we truly want each of our residents to enjoy their homes to the fullest. Unfortunately, we are not aware of any residents who have expressed concerns similar to those that you've mentioned and because your review was left anonymously, we are not able to follow up with you directly. Hi there, While we appreciate all feedback, we're terribly disheartened to hear you did not have a more positive experience at our community. As you mentioned with the flooding, although this was very unfortunate, we were there quickly to resolve the issue both times. Regarding the carpet, we wish you had made us aware of your inconveniences with it bunching, as we would have been happy to address this concern. As for the final bill, we send it to the forwarding address on file, so if we did not have the correct one, that may have been where the confusion came into play. Please know we want all our residents to have a comfortable experience while at Triology Apartments and we do our best to make the move-out process as smooth as possible, but it appears there were some mix ups along the way and for this we apologize. We hope to resolve this matter after further discussing the details, so please reach out to us at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
