I lived at Creeks edge for 4 years while attending Ferris.The staff is great ( Laurie and Steve).Before they switched owners, it was a great place to live.After the switch there is now no security and the customer service with the new company is terrible. It is almost impossible to reach anyone to find out about security deposits or anything related. I moved out in August of 2013 and still have not received my security deposit.The management company, Continental will not return your calls and you cannot reach anyone to get a solid answer. If it wasn't for Laurie and Steve, I would have moved out after the first lease was up.The poor rating for staff only reflects the Continental management company not the manager of the complex (Laurie)
