Absolutely terrible from the old non updated grounds to the maganement being rude threteaning and never available. Everyone I have spoken to that has lived there has had the same experience I have seen the ceiling fall through into the kitchen sue to water damage that was neglected by the joke of a maintenance team. The property manager has physocally harrassed several tenants and police officers even to the point . The grounds are never kept up the units are all old and never updated, there are cockroaches and bed bugs all over every building. Thebecause no one ever has hot water availa water heaters must not be large enough. All in all it is a terrible experience and cheap rent is not worth the management. And maintenance headaches
