This place is not great. If you have other options don't move in or anywhere in this part of Canton for that matter, it's turning bad. Go more north of Ford Rd.

A lot of problems with noise from loud cars and neighbors. A lot of teens wandering at all hours of the day and night. We recently had a notice of vadalism that occurred throughout the complex.

You know that you might live in an area with kids, but when they are loitering all the time, you kinda know what type of parents/families live here. Not saying that they are all bad of course,it only takes a few to spoil things for everyone.

Windows leak. Expect high heating costs. Maintenance is only so-so unless you get one of the good guys who work here.

There is only bathroom upstairs and there isn't room for a dining room table in the 2 bed townhomes. Important for those who have families. Some of the basements leak.

The manager is rarely ever in and the office staff often aren't able to answer questions or fix your problem. Though, there are some new staff who are quite nice and try their best.

The complex looks good in ads and it seems ok during the day. My advice, find out what apartment you may get and meet your neighbors first before signing a lease.

Also, do a drive through after 7:00PM on weekdays or weekends for a better idea of what it is like.

Plus, if you can, try to ask for an end unit up front. Don't rent ones off to the right and to the back when you enter or ones that are near the wall in the back. Just my advice.

Remember you get what you pay for. Why is almost every other complex in Canton so much more for less space? Think about it:)
