I am a young woman that moved in here 8 months ago with my husband and I'm praying for the day to come when I can move out. All of the other comments on this site about this place are true. There is a lot of crime in here, and a lot of young people that party everyday. It took management one month and a half to give me my mailbox key and the key to the storage downstairs. This is a place that will basically accept almost anyone, only if you have money. I swear there are at least 7-9 coats of paint on the cabinets in the kitchen, countertops in the kitchen, the molding on the floor of the bathroom and the countertop for the bathroom sink. I have tried to chip some off of the sink in the bathroom and from what i see everything looks very old. I heard from someone that these apartments were built in the 60's. Also, the carpet looked brand new when I moved in. After I was here for one week, the old stains from previous owners came through. It was discusting. And whats up with the brick walls?? Do they think this looks nice? haha. I must have called maintence 7 times to have my bathroom fan fixed and he had to come out here 3 times after that because he didn't fix it correctly and it stopped working hours after he left. Really, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because its just poorly taken care of. The move people out just as quickly as they move them in. Of course people are going to come move in because they have specials to make the rent cheaper than other complexes.
