I have lived here since May of this year and it has been rough from the start. I chose to get upgrades in my apartment and when I moved in none of them were done. It took them to the middle of June to complete them. It took them weeks to even follow up with me about what was going on. Finally, Casey got ahead of the situation and took care of me. And they did take a percentage off my rent for it taking so long. The communication with residents from management sucks. My next issue is my AC stopped working towards the end of June. After several (I mean almost everyday) attempts they decided to get me a new one. Now here's the issue: because they chose to wait so long to get me a new one my DTE bill is well over $300 for July. That is ridiculous. I brought to their attention a month ago. I called and took my bills for that month and previous month for them to review and see what will be done. NO ONE has called me. I call them and its always an excuse. Management sucks! There is no reason why I should have to wait that long for anything. And I wouldn't be so upset if they COMMUNICATED. Let me know that you are working on this. Let me know something. I am expected to pay my rent on time but they can't call and/or email. I have never been so mistreated ever by any apartment management. I pay over $900 a month in rent and I expect A1 service and they do not provide that at all. I am beyond disappointed and if I had the option to leave I would.
