Hi, I have been living in this place for over a yr. The maintenance people are nice and friendly, the new property manager is very rude and does not know how to talk to residents. I have referred two of my friends last yr. I had to followup many times before I finally got 1st part of the referral after nearly 5 months. I was told that I would receive my 2nd part of the referral after my friends completed 6 months of their stay. Well I waited for 8 months and started to followup. At first I used to get messages that they had put in a request with the management. After about 3 months of followup, I stopped getting any responses for my emails from the new property manager. Today when I asked about the status, she says that I have to provide her with the exact dates when I filed for the first referral. Well it has been more than a year and I don't remember the dates. I was told by this new manager that they never keep records of any referral payments made to residents which I find hard to believe. Now It has been more than a yr since my friends moved in I am still waiting for the 2nd part of my referral. This is very unprofessional on the property manager's part. This property charges fines if any one is late by few hrs in paying the rent but they don't care to pay the residents back their referrals. This is not just the case with me, there are about 8 to 10 families that we inquired and every one is fed up with this new property manager. There was a resident survey and we all had complained about her and we still do not see any change. I don't know what the use is for this resident survey. I asked her the email address of her boss so that we all could send a collective complaint but I got a name(Mike Barnett). I hope he sees this review and solves the issue. I like the place, the maintenance folks but from the time the new manager came in , things started going south. I hope Mike can look at the resident survey and start fixing and I hope we see some change in her attitude.
