Amber is the worst landlord I've ever had in my entire life, and I'm 26 years old. They are the epitome of rude, uneducated, uncaring group of individuals. I swear that a monkey would have better customer service and overall experience than this entire office. Oh don't worry about speaking to leadership or a manager, they only can be contacted through email! I love when my clothes don't dry in the dryer at all because the maintenance tickets actually are a myth to make you feel like they care. They lost my roommate's rent check and sent us a nasty letter (WHO DOESN'T EMAIL OR CALL ABOUT THIS ----), and when she called to say her bank has record of them receiving the check they magically found it. The office then declined our request to transfer due to payment issues WHICH IS NOT A REAL THING! Them losing the check (bravo accounting, BEVERLY) and finding it is totally our fault and I agree with them declining us... This is the most unreal landlord I've ever had to experience and I hope people actually take the time to read this review and save themselves. Before I end this rant let me tell you how fun it is to live in a complex built in the 1920s where you are able to literally hear conversations through the walls, ceilings, floors, etc. between neighbors. Not even talking about how loud the stomping throughout the halls are, the creaking of even the slightest amount of weight on the floor is, anything at all you sneeze and we will know. I pay rent I shouldn't have to sleep with headphones in my ears every night. Hope this diverted even one poor soul from having to deal with these incompetent pieces of ----.
