First of all, the apartments are advertised as having dishwashers, but later they inform you that you have to pay extra every month(with no ending date) if you want a dishwasher. The locks to the building are hard to get in with your key, but it doesn't matter, because the doors are almost always propped open. The hallways are kept extremely dirty and smelly, while the hallway lights are inconsistently timed. This is the first management I have lived under that considers "no heat" in the middle of winter not an emergency. The neighbors allow their children to run wild. Although the basement is quite large there is only one washer and one dryer for the entire building. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.
