My experience hasn't been bad. But the amount of crime that happens within this complex is very concerning. Packages being stolen, drugs being done. My unit consistently smells like cigarettes and marijuana from one of my neighbors. The apartments themselves are very nice, but the people who live here are concerning.

Overall my experience with this community has been alright. The apartment is nice. But I have issues with my neighbors above me smoking cigarettes and marijuana in their bathroom and it traveling down into my apartment which causes my whole unit to smell like marijuana and cigarettes. A positive aspect of this community is that the walls are pretty thick between units. I hardly ever hear the neighbors above me and I never hear the neighbors directly next to me. It has to be silent for me to hear anything upstairs most of the time.
