I've always been very proud of our team so I'm glad you also noticed how they go above and beyond to help you and make sure your move-in went smoothly. Dear anonymous, Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding Weathervane Apartments. We are glad that you have brought your concerns with the outside lighting to our attention. We are in the midst of replacing the outside lighting to give the parking lot a bit more light at night. We at Hayman Company take the safety of our residents very seriously and are constantly working to enhance the safety of the community. We apologize that you have experienced some issues regarding messy neighbors. We would like to point out that we accept anyone who meets our qualifying criteria of our application process with the proper background and credit check to live at our communities. However, unfortunately it is impossible to gauge a persons cleanliness during this process. With that being said, we do have a grounds keeper on staff that will be keeping up with the upkeep of the grounds and we will focus on community education through our social media pages and our resident communications. If the upkeep of our grounds doesn't improve, please contact us through our resident portal at [email protected]
Dear anonymous, We are sorry to hear that you as well have had trouble getting the damage to your apartment repaired. We at Hayman Company have no intentions in trying to avoid much-needed repairs. We encourage you to stop by the office and we will handle this situation as best we can.
We are saddened to hear that you are unhappy here and that you state you have been waiting for repairs for some time. Our records indicate that all the work has been previously been completed in your apartment home. We are more than happy to send maintenance out again to review the repairs you state have been left uncompleted during the period of the previous management company. If you wish to make an appointment to review, please contact the leasing office to schedule a time so that you may review with the staff in person, as what still needs to be repaired.

Dear Resident, I totally apologize for how the way things have been for you especially being a long term resident. My name is Elizabeth and I am the new property manager and I am definitely working as fast I can to correct all of the issues you have presented. Your hallway carpets will be cleaned very soon and I will personally check to make sure all light bulbs are replaced so that the rent drop off location is well lighted. I'm sorry to hear that you've had some recent issues with the community, I Did go with maintenance the same day to inspect and replace a majority of bulbs that were out. I was not made aware of any vandalism or theft of any vehicles in that area but I do have security watching that area.
