We moved in August 2013 our unit had been fully redone new everything but kitchen cabinets and bathrooms (no big deal). We had to clean before we could move it it was dusty from painting and some of the other work they had done. It's not the most quality work but it still looks ok. We have had only one problem, one if the water lines to our hot water heater had broken but my fiancé got the water turned off and maintenance was here with in an hour and got it fixed. They even cleaned up the mess from the water. It is loud and there are a lot of kids but it serves it's purpose for me and my family. Oh and they do have cameras I made the leasing agent show me them!
