Lofts at Merchants Row

I must say I don't have any major complaints. The property was remolded which was from top to bottom and included new roof windows, even glass block windows in the basement, countertops, dishwasher, stove, garbage disposal, kitchen floors, patio doors, vanity in both bathrooms, toilet, heating and cooling, and water heater. My fridge was new when I moved in. As far as my neighbors are concerned about 70 percent of them go to work every day with the another 20 percent split between senior citizens and people on disability and maybe 10 percent section 8. It is close to the DMC, the cultural center, WSU, I75, I94, and the lodge. Maintenance is pretty good and they ask before they enter your residence unless there is an emergency. There is a new apartment manager whom seems efficient and other than the occasional loud holiday party, the noise really isn t a problem. So far I have to say I like where I live especially after reading some of the horror stories of people on this site staying at other communities. Another plus is it protected by WSU police.
