areas. The Leasing Office does not treat parcel pick-ups as
a priority. Often indicating that they really don't need to
provide the service to tenants. The apparently unimportant
service has been provided during my entire tenancy.
The service is especially important to senior citizens.

Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding our laundry facilities, parcel pick-ups, and waste accumulation. We are currently in the process of updating our laundry rooms and laundry equipment. In January 2015 we will install new laundry equipment that can accept credit card payments as well as smart phone interface payments and coin payments. We also will be renovating the laundry room areas with new paint and flooring.
We accept parcels in our office as a courtesy service to our residents and do regard it as an important service. During the holiday season, we experience a larger than normal volume of parcels to manage in addition to the other services we provide. We do our best to maintain the parcel notification system and work with our residents to receive their packages in a timely manner.
We are aware that there are a few offenders who do not dispose of their trash properly and this causes buildup in our trash rooms. Our maintenance staff works diligently at clearing those areas daily as well as identifying who is leaving the waste to minimize the problem. We welcome your feedback and will work to identify ways to improve the services provided to residents.
