I've been at Riverfront front 1-1/2 years and love it. Only complaints that I have are heat pumps in my unit are inadequate to handle the weather. Not warm enough in the winter and not enough AC in the simmer. Other is that the are no neighboorhood amenities. Grocery, Drugstore, etc. I have great view and love the restaurant
