Average rent: $922 . 60% between: $654 - $1189 . 80% between: $513 - $1330 Lastly, we would like to discuss the fees for the use of our parking lot and gym. It is necessary for us to charge the fees described for the upkeep and costs of servicing these utilities such as new equipment flooring and painting. We would like to remind you that the gym fee is not mandatory. As a consumer, you are more than welcome to use a different gym. We apologize for the inconveniences you have faced. We want to apologize for any issues you have had with any of our staff. Hayman Co. does not support negative attitude from our staff. We do support training and tools to help our site teams deal with the myriad of issues arriving from dealing with one of the most personal and private sanctuary's, someone's home. We know that it is the little things, such as emptying trashcans make all the difference for our residents. Your comments and insights into the fitness center, while on point, underscore how static the changing needs can be for each resident. The equipment is too masculine, not enough weights, too crowded, all are worthy of consideration. We are grateful to hear that our fitness attendant has left a positive impression on our customer. Capturing that passion for one's livelihood is the culture we work to instill in all positions that interact with our residents. Next, we would like to address the car vandalism in the garage. We would like to point out that crime has no address and this kind of vandalism could happen anywhere. We do take precautionary measures but we certainly can better communicate repairs of the electronic gate and redirect employee to park away from the gatehouse. Lastly, we would like to discuss the fireworks event. This is event has always been a large event for the city of Detroit and as result there is a lot of moving pieces which to deal with. However, no plan is perfect and we make adjustments every year. You make a valid point about pets; we will need to give careful consideration to possible solutions. Starting with the elevators, we would like to note that Hayman Company takes as many precautionary steps as we can to ensure that our elevators operate as fluidly as possible. While we do as much as we can, unforeseeable events sometimes occur that force us to shut the elevators down and please understand that elevators and elevator maintenance contractors are very proprietary in nature. Often is the case, management is at the mercy of the elevator company and companies will only service their own brand of equipment. In addition, we would also like to point out that we purchase our products such as appliances and fixtures at the highest quality we are able to; however, just like any appliance or fixture, they are still subject to being broken and sometimes become dysfunctional. Lastly, we would like to comment on our staff. We completely agree with you that communication is something that we can improve. No matter the size or location, communication is essential for a community to gel. Also, Hayman Company discourages and doesn't support any unprofessionalism from our staff, we are sorry that you have encountered some unprofessionalism and we encourage you to inform our Manager of the staff member so we are better able to develop our staff.

When living in a community, communication between resident and staff is essential. Sending out notices for elevator repairs or anything else that effects the community is standard and should be followed through. We apologize if this wasn't what you experienced and as your property management company work for improvement to determine the best means and venue to communicate the multitude of changes that touch the entire community on a daily basis. We utilize signage, social media and newsletters to keep everyone informed but in things such as a water emergency, by the time the information is disbursed, the event is often already occurred. Hayman Company strives for elite professionalism and customer services and we are working every day to improve so that issues such as the ones that you encountered are eliminated. We agree, the views are spectacular & as our popular Detroit neighborhood continues to grow, we are finding new migration to the Towers. In the housing market today, Detroiterâ??s are experiencing rent increases due to the inability to provide housing for the vast demand of people moving to the downtown area. We determine our pricing using a number of different factors, & in comparison to our competitors, we are in line with the market. According to rentometer.com, the rate of $1250 is reasonable for the area. Riverfront Towers is undergoing $6,000,000 of renovations which will include addressing concerns such as the water shut offs as you mentioned. These repairs will take time & we appreciate your patience while this process is underway. Other improvements include: renovated lobbies, renovated elevator cabs, replaced all building roofs, resealed exterior buildings, added shuffle board & putting greens to the garage rooftop deck, resurfaced running track & tennis courts, new signage throughout the community & have completed painting and re-lamping of all common hallways. The marina has been non-operational prior to new ownership & there is no date for redelivery. The grill is not managed or run by Hayman Co. and The Market is scheduled to reopen in the fall with a new operator. The pool is a great optional amenity, which is available through membership only. We are required by Wayne County to strictly enforce the rules, such as showering prior & number of people using the pool at any given time. We abide by Fair Housing Act of 1968 & will not comment on the demographics of the community.
