It was at 1:00 am. You got waken up by some noise and you tried your best to fall sleep again but unfortunately got waken up three more times. Then, following the noise, you got up and walked to your kitchen. You found that your neighbors… See More

Bed bugs are a big problem that no one tells you about. Which is a big problem because when moving out you might as well throw away most things. I was beyond disappointed, especially for the price that you pay See More

People can enter your locked home at any time they please and they control who you can see. The only good thing here is the maintenance and cleaning staff who are amazing. RAs, community directors, etc all disrespectful and you will be treated like a child.… See More

The worst part, other then having to deal with huge roaches and being treated like a child even though the age limit is 21, is definitely the staff. They don't take anything you say seriously. I unfortunately have to be in a wheelchair for part of… See More

Filthy apartments infested with both roaches and bedbugs. When the staff shows you around before you sign your lease, they make a passing mention of the roaches but none at all about the bedbugs. Periodically throughout the year, they make you clear out all your cabinets… See More

Just okay. It is kind of expensive for the building. You are paying because it is University-owned. Leases are for semesters, which flexible extensions. Has RA's just like dorms. Guests have to be checked in and given a visitor pass at the front desk. There is… See More

The management is lousy. All visitors must be very very careful of your parking. They will simply clamp your car. The security guard is not responsible at all, within working hour can go out from the tower. And they are very good in telling lie. Never… See More

-Cockroaches and bed bugs all the time. Staff forces you to move all your furniture and food out of cabinets for random sprays which really don't do anything because the bugs are back the next day. -Staff that harasses you with random out of the blue… See More

The worst thing about this dark, noisy, roach infested, marijuana/coke/alcohol soaked den of immorality is the students. Many are rude, stuck-up, wannabe rich kids, who's parents can't afford a nice place for their spawn. The children basically run amok at night destroying lights, safety equipment, throwing… See More

This is a pretty cool building and apartments are also nice (although I guess this depends on which one you get). Maintenance was fast. The problems are that they are kind of expensive, PARKING IS HORRIBLE, lobby is ok but elevators can be dirty, and it… See More

Pros 1. It's close to campus and a few decent bars, which is nice. It's a lot better than living in the dorms or something, which are more isolated. 2. The maintenance guys are really nice and awesome and it doesn't take them long to come… See More
