While the outside might look somewhat shabby (note the yellow-ish brick) the inside is clean and nice. DTN does everything they can to make the apartment seem amazing, even if our heat went out 6 times during the winter... The 24 hour maintenance was good though, they would show up within a half hour each time we called. Pets are allowed, which is nice if you have one. Although I did fall asleep many nights listening to the dog barking downstairs. Overall, it's close to campus and is a relatively quiet community. I'd live there again especially since heat and water were included with our rent and our electricity wasn't ever over $25/month.
