We have been living at Burnt Tree for 3 years now. We love it here. The location is great since Meijer, Kroger, and Eastwood Towne Center is so close by as well as the entrance to 127. I also don't buy an MSU parking pass since I just take the bus to campus. So convenient! Maintenance is also pretty good about responding quickly. I think the longest I have had to wait for something to be fixed was probably 4 days, but usually within a daw of calling they are able to come and fix it. As for the unit itself, we have a huge pantry in the kitchen. The linen closet is double the size of those typical in other apartments. We have a walk-in closet in one of the bedrooms. Every time we have guests they comment that we have a lovely place. Burnt Tree updated our place with new cabinets in the kitchen and a focal wall in each room. When you renew your lease they give you options about things to update in your apartment. The only thing missing in my apartment is a washer and dryer although I believe some units have them within the unit.
