Castle Pointe Review 12/04/2018 On 10/03/2018 I posted a review regarding the safety and maintenance at Castle Pointe Apartments. The review noted that the 3 times I visited my son and daughter in law at their apartment my vehicle had damage resulting from attempted break ins. My son and daughter in laws vehicle was broken into on numerous occasions since they moved in back in October 2017. The police were called and reports made along with notifying Castle Pointe management. On 10/05/2018 Castle Pointe replied to my review stating that the matter was being addressed and they were committed to putting their time and resources into ensuring that it doesn't happen again. Well, this morning on 12/04/2018 my daughter in law was shocked when she went out to her car to go to work only to find that it was gone. Their car was stolen!! She immediately called the police and reported it and law enforcement came out to file a report. Castle Pointe was informed and interviewed by the officer. Castle Pointe was also alerted a week prior that the apartment complex door was broken into and busted and unable to lock. Guess what? It still is broken and unlockable! Shame on you Castle Pointe!!! Your blatant disregard to the safety of your residents is unacceptable! Once again I would highly discourage any prospective renters from even considering a lease with Castle Pointe!

Dear anonymous, we want to apologize for the frustrations your family has experienced while living at our community. Since your last review, we have completed a property wide light audit- making sure any and all non-working lights have been fixed. We strongly encourage all residents to report any non-working lights to the office/maintenance immediately. We're so sorry this has happened, we believe that we are doing are best to prevent these occurrences. If you would come by the leasing office soon, we'd love to have the opportunity to apologize personally and try to make it right.
