Our apartment is awful. They charged us $55 to fix a sliding door in the bathroom claiming that we damaged it, yet it just fell off the track. It also took 2 weeks to get fixed. The windows are drafty and allow in lots of noise. The gasket on our fridge is shot and neither the fridge nor freezer seal well. The garbage disposal barely works and the sink doesn't drain well in the kitchen. Part of the tile in the bathroom is torn up and all counters are stained. The couches are old and uncomfortable. For being a "quiet" complex, my neighbors regularly have loud parties and the manager does nothing. Noise may be less of a problem in apartments that aren't so close to Grand River. There is only a one lane driveway, which always makes me nervous when coming and going. They don't salt the parking lot and are stingy with parking permits. I have come back in the evenings to a full parking lot several times and there are supposed to be enough spots for tenants. There is one parking permit per bedroom.
