It is never my intention to bash anyone or interfere with others financial gains. However, DTN owns too many properties to focus on your living experience. The fact that they don't own actual models to use for tours speaks volumes on their greed for money. Chandlers owns not even half the amount of rental properties as DTN but yet they sill have an apartment to tour with no one saying there. I literally was sleep and I woke up to a guy from the office of arbor glen staring at me saying, "hi I'm with DTN and im here to tour your apartment. He didn't ring a doorbell or called to even remind me that they were coming. Also, they have a swamp right next to Brogan that allows so many bugs to invade your place. Furthermore, that fact their late charge for rent is $50 is amazing to me, everyone other apartment complex in East Lansing is only $25-35! I know when you sign a lease you agree to all the things listed in the contract but unlike DTN we are all human. Sometimes we may not have on time but harassing someone will not get you your money any quicker. Lastly, upgrade your gym, put some lights on gossard, either open or permantly closer that leasig office and don't bribe your customers to write positive
