My husband and I moved into Foxpointe because we were looking for a nicer place to live. The demo unit tricked us into believing that's what we would get. Ultimately, it was priced like a nice apartment but it definitely was not. First, the management is horrible. If you call or go into the office during normal business hours the chance of you actually getting someone is about 30%. And when we had issues/concerns about different things, they were met with a lot of resistance and a nasty attitude from the property manager. I've lived in a lot of apartments, and I've never been so infuriated with the person running the leasing office. For this reason alone, I would never recommend Foxpointe to anyone I liked. Secondly, you're basically paying for square footage in these apartments, but the rooms are set up so stupidly it ends up being wasted space. For instance, the galley kitchen and master bath are super small (two people can't cook in the kitchen; two people can't share the bathroom) while the living room has this awkward L-shape that creates a lot of unusable space. Also, our particular apartment was so dark due to the lack of windows it was like living in a cave.
