Resident 2005 - 2007

2/9/2007

Cedarbrook was a great place to call home. I signed an 18-month lease (I still have 4 months left at 535 a month) and I am very happy here. I am looking for a 2-bedroom now which might force me to move, but my leasing agent has told me she would love to look into keeping me here until a 2-bedroom place open ups. I am really thinking about the offer. She is great. Never had any problems getting an answer about something or about maintenance fixing something. The swimming pool on the property was cool. Guess like anything it could be bigger and have a child s portion, but that is just being picky. Parking is never a problem. The laundry facilities worked fine. Heating was pretty decent. The highest Consumers energy bill I ever payed was $61.00 and that was basically due to leaving the heat on all the time for a whole month. My DTE bill was good. We have central air but I did have some high bills in the summer (highest being 161) but then again I love the cold so I had my AC on and blasting. If your looking for a great first apartment or need a place for awhile, I highly recommend it.
