The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Readers should be aware that you called the office and left a voicemail about this issue on a Saturday morning when the office was closed, then posted this review the same day. Though an emergency number is available for items like this, you chose not to call it for assistance. The other items you requested for handicap accessibility issues were quickly installed. By close of business on the next business day (11/7/16), both the concrete concern and the lighting issue were resolved. We do respond quickly to maintenance requests and take accessibility issues quite seriously.

I'm sorry you had a negative experience. The majority of the service requests are completed within 48 hours. Since we have no residents by the name of Latesia that moved out in 2015, I do not know your specific situation. We do take pride in the grounds and do what we can to make the surroundings as pleasant as possible for our residents. All of the gutters on the buildings were replaced this fall and a painting project started to paint and replace wood on all buildings before summer 2016. We also replaced a number of streetlights and will be doing extensive concrete replacement in the spring. My office door is always open and I welcome interaction with our residents, so I'm surprised by your post. I hope you have found a home where you are happy.

Polo Club Apartments does not increase rent by $100 at a renewal period for 6 or 12 month leases; the only exception are Month to Month leases. Residents sometimes neglect to read all the information provided on the Lease Renewal thus mistaking the market rate for the actual amount they will be paying. We can assure any current and future residents that increases this high do not occur.
Recently, resident services have not changed. However, Polo Club has been under new management since July of this year and we are working hard to ensure all residents have a fulfilling and enjoyable experience here.
We provide every apartment with a covered carport at no additional charge and provide uncovered parking spaces for residents and their guests. Under the new management, we value resident concerns and work hard to resolve any issues or conflicts.

Polo Club Apartments has been under new management as of July this year. When residents have issues within their apartment we respond within 24 hours to fix the problem; however, most repairs occur that same day. We work hard to ensure the satisfaction and comfort of residents in their home and take all resident issues/concerns seriously. We welcome all future residents to view their actual apartment before applying if it is available to see, as well as before moving in when the apartment is in complete move-in condition.
