I have been reading these reviews and I think it just boils down to people getting mad because they were evicted. Everytime I call for a maintenance request it is taken care of within 48 hours. I know that this is newer management and I have seen alot of GOOD changes. They came in and weeded out the bad and it is a very nice place to be. I even talk with some of my neighbors and they feel the same as I do. The place was a little rough a year or so ago, but now it is a really nice place to live. On top of that it is very economical for any family.
