Our experience with Thornridge has been nothing but exhausting and disappointing. If you plan to move in, forget about getting your deposit back and expect to pay for damgages you did not commit. Take lots of pictures and check your last Consumer's Power bill. They give a manual last read to Consumers and usually change the read by 1,000 kilowatts to cover the energy costs before the next renter moves in. Our intial bill was $140.00 and when Consumers came to do the read, it dropped to $20., beware this apartment complex is a scam!!
