I really like it but we have had some issues that makes it less of a luxury apartment. We have sent in a maintenance request to have our light fixed for months now and every time we ask they say they'll check on it but never get back. Our door has been missing a part ever since I was locked in a few months ago as well. Many of the drawers in the bathroom don't stay in their place. Our storage door's handle at the beginning of the year would fall off and lock itself all the time, thankfully that was fixed. It's small things like that, that add up and fever ease the value of the apartment for us. We are paying a lot of money for "luxury" and it doesn't seem that way always. Everyone is very kind though! Just wish things would be taken care of if we send in a request. Another example is the garage doors being stuck causing us late for work on multiple occasions. If we are paying $150 a month I would expect it to work.
