We have been here for a little under a year and have had a great experience living here. The residents are mostly 20-30 something couples. Everyone I've met is very respectful, I've never heard any noise from other residents inside my apartment. Very pet friendly, they leave out treats for all the dogs on the 1st floor. Residents don't always pick up their dog poop in the nearby grassy areas which is annoying but not sure how you could enforce that. The appliances are new and we've never had any issues with them. Better parking options (allowing more than 1 vehicle per household in the parking garage) would be nice. Street parking is quite limited after 5pm and on the weekends-if you're willing to walk 5-10 mins it's not bad but just something to be aware of if that's your plan. The parks across the street do have a homeless population but that's to be expected in the city-I've always felt very safe walking there during the day and evening hours. The new skate park across the street as well as the open lot for art installations brings a fun, vibrant feel to the area. The rent and parking is very expensive but you get what you pay for. The large rooftop lounge + fire pits + area for laying out in the sun with the outdoor shower take this place to the next level. I would highly recommend anyone live here who wants the downtown living experience but wants something a little more low-key than being right in the city center.
