i have very mixed and more recently, negative opinions of this place, I have lived here long enough to get used to many of the quirks and regulations of Greenridges rules and staff but as soon as I do they start imposing more and more on me. They have recently disallowed use of regular propane gas grills, and you may only use electric or tiny camp lp grils. They encourage us to string all sorts of decorations outside for christmas, but then ban the hanging of plants or lights any other time of year, sending strongly worded legal letters from their lawyers for doing so. The internet is the worse of any apartment I have ever seen, Their speeds are a joke, and the bandwidth caps are ridiculous. Do not plan on living here if you need to work from home. They hire contractors to work on the building with little or no notice, tearing up your balcony and damaging any property left there, directing you to the contractors when you contact them for some sort of reimbursment. The building themselves are sometimes in decent shape, but I have experienced two different roof leaks in my building over the years that took forever to get fixed. The floors and walls are paperthin and you WILL be able to hear your neighbors.
