We would like to extend to you our most sincere apologies regarding the recent issues that you have had at Prairie Creek Apartments. We take these comments very seriously and would like to try to remedy them as efficiently as possible. Every resident should be able to have quiet enjoyment while residing in their apartment and if you feel that you are not receiving this, please give the office or emergency maintenance a call and we can verify the noise issue when it is occurring so we can rectify the situation. Marijuana is strictly prohibited as stated in our lease at ALL Land & Company communities. If you experience this we highly recommend that you do call the local authorities and make a follow up call to the office so it can be addressed immediately. Unfortunately all buildings at Prairie Creek are not smoke free buildings and we are not able to regulate who smokes cigarettes/cigars in their apartments and for this we are very sorry. Occupancy limits in our apartments are set by the local municipalities or by the International Building Codes. If you see an apartment that you feel may have too many occupants please feel free to give the office a call and we will investigate the situation . Trash on the community is picked up daily and unfortunately at times can be hard to regulate due to many factors but we will try to do our best to improve on this situation. It was referenced about people going through our dumpsters and if you see this please again call the office while this is going on so it can be addressed by our staff. We want to thank you for sending in your experience and comments. We use these as a tool to help us gauge where we need to improve on our services that Prairie Creek provides to residents.
