Resident 2016

3/12/2016

I greatly recommend this apartment complex! I moved in to my 1st floor apartment 3 months ago and so far I have no complaints. When I first was shown the apartments I was told I would have a stacked washer and dryer and a smaller bathroom but when I saw the apartment they placed me in on move in day they had given me a handicap accessible apartment which had a bigger bathroom and a separate washer and dryer. I was very satisfied! The only utility you have to pay for is Electric and the heat is gas powered so you can crank the heat in the winter without having to worry about the gas bill. The only complaints I would have are very minor. Both of my upstairs neighbors are very loud (they blast the tv and talk very loudly.) I can hear the bed squeak when they wake up at 5am every morning. But that is it. The area is very nice, the neighbors are polite, the area is quiet other then the neighbors. There are even ducks and a pond in the back! The ducks aren't a bother other then being loud in the morning and pooping along all of the walk ways. You basically can't walk in the grass because of the amount of duck poop. I haven't had any problems whatsoever about the apartment itself though. Electric runs $30-$40 a month and I live by myself. I think most of that is from the washer and dryer though. The walls are thin and that is really the only downfall with these apartments. I am very satisfied and would recommend ANYONE renting an apartment here. If you don't mind paying $707 a month + electric for a one bedroom (more for a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom loft.) The staff is very professional and kind. Kelly showed me the advertising apartment as well as my own apartment at move in day. She was with me the entire time during the leasing period and I really appreciate that. They recognize you by name and treat you very nice and I really appreciate that. The crossings are great! Also, you can't have cats unless you live in the specified cat building. I'm not sure if they accept smaller animals such as rats or reptiles because I haven't asked.
