The Property has its own washer/dryer and it is located in a great area with Meijer, Starbucks, Family Fare, Target and other stores within walkin distance. The M-6 Trail is also just 1/2 a mile within walking distance and easy accessible. Did I mention the Celebration Cinema you can almost see it out of your window. The Pool is incredible and the Pool Rules are great, allowing you to actually enjoy your time there. Maintenance has been overall great, usually understaffed but they kept up with the requests and were always awesome. The one thing that did tick me off is we were under a hardship, terminating our lease due to COVID so I did not have to stop paying rent and go the eviction route, which is costly to both the tenant and management. Management said they will work on something since I have been loyal for 6yrs and haven't missed any payments. Instead insult to injury we received a request for the full amount. Which is okay, it is after all part of the Lease. But let's be common here, did anyone foresee a pandemic? I doubt it. So instead of using Common Sense, the Rule game was simply used. I am dissapointed because even the last 2 months when I could have played a COVID Victim, I decided to pay rent on-time by borrowing from my 401K. A previous review summed it up: The property manager just has no sense of customer service.
